Neoregelia Prinsler
Assumed to be 'Prinsler'. A variegated cv. of carolinae v. tricolor from Prinsler in Germany.

However ... plant slightly smaller than carolinae, leaves triangular(base to tip, carolinae more rounded), sharper spines & stiffer leaves.
This may actually be Neo. 'Picolo' (but too big? and been in circulation longer?) or even 'Picolino'.
